If a visual artist or sculptor</b>, you certify that you have the ability to sell your art online to interested buyers using a reputable service such as ImageKind or an escrow company if you sell originals, self-publish/print, and/or ship your work yourself. You understand that I do not provide sales via this website, but will allow you to link in your PayPal, ImageKind, or Google services. For visual artists selling prints, I suggest ImageKind. For original visual art sales and sculpts, you should use an escrow service such as escrow.com for the transactions. I accept no artwork which doesn't have at least a 100% markup over production costs if you use ImageKind or a similar service. I accept no original artwork priced below $350. (Contact me if you think you deserve a special waiver to this rule.) While I don't make a percentage of your sales, I refuse to promote devaluation for the sake of "turning the buck." If that is your "game," go elsewhere.

If you are a musician/composer, you certify that you have a CD of your work available for purchase or for audit purposes to interested parties, and that your music is unique, distinctive, "different", and "in good taste". (Note that I am interesed in music which falls through the cracks or isn't well-represented in today's music catalogs, which includes anything unique or different as well as classical (Beethoven...Frank Zappa...Cosmic Harmonica....) I am NOT interested in everybody's popular genre as found on everybody else's music site.)

If you are a performing artist (dance, oral traditions story-teller/reader, theatre troupe, music group, etc.), you certify that you have audio/audio-visual presentations available for interested parties to review on demand and that you are willing to book online.

You certify that the material you present on this site is your original work and that you own full rights to any and all work displayed here. You retain all copyright to your work and control all material and pages in your folder, but permit us to use representative images of you and your work for purposes of promoting you and your work. Should you cease to show here, we have sixty days to find and remove all references to you and your work and promotional materials containing pieces or whole representations of you and your work. YOUR COPYRIGHT INHERES ON ALL ORIGNINAL WORK OWNED AND CREATED BY YOU PRESENTED ON THIS SITE.

You are responsible for building and maintaining your own pages. (This gives you full control over your intellectual properties so I don't have you fretting and worrying the issue.) You are responsible for creating your gallery text copy and for uploading your images, sound files, video files, and protecting these materials (watermarking and/or digital signing/watermarking them, inserting protective codes, NOT uploading print quality images, etc.), and maintaining your gallery here.

Remember, it's not hard using the templates I provide as an option for those who don't know how to write an .html page. I also have several protective scripts available for you to use, but, remember, anyone who wants it desperately enough can get it, so don't load it if you don't want it proliferated.

PAGES: If you want me to build your pages, I charge $240 per page.

If you decide to shut down your showcase gallery, you are responsible for, FIRST, notifying me so I can remove you from the indices, for removing all your materials, and detroying your pages. If you are a fee-paying member, your are responsible for cancelling your subscription with this site through your own PayPal access. I will not do it for you. If you die or become incapacitated, your estate representative or proxy needs to contact me immediately so that I can cancel your subscription and remove your property and presence from the website unless other arrangements are made.

You will not hold me, this website, and/or any of my representatives and/or my family responsible for anything. You waive all rights to sue me, this website, my representatives and/or my family. Why? Because I'm not into the whole litigation thing. I have a track-record proving that I treat others very well. Make sure you do, too. Treat me and this website well and with the respect it deserves for the service it offers and the ranking and reputation it holds.
